JOSPER CASA Warranty Information
JOSPER GUARANTEES FOR 4 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE OF THIS PRODUCT, any defect in the materials and components used for its manufacture. Our guarantee includes the replacement or exchange of the product and/or components at no cost for the customer. The labor, as well as the transportation expenses derived from the fulfillment of this certificate shall be borne by the client. Corrosion, discoloration, scratches and superficial dents that may occur due to normal use of the equipment are exempt from this guarantee.
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FOR THE PARTS FOUND INSIDE THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER AND THE DOORRETAINING SPRINGS, as they may suffer variable wear depending on the intensity of use of the equipment. These pieces are the fire grates, the grilling racks, the combustion shield in the equipment that incorporates them and the aforementioned springs, which are spare parts exempt from the general equipment guarantee.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT BE VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- When this guarantee shows clear signs of having been altered in the original data contained in it.
- When the use and care of the product has not been in accordance with the instructions contained in the user manual.
- When the product has been used beyond its capacity, mistreated, hit, exposed to any liquid or corrosive substance, as well as for any other fault attributable to the client.
- When the product has been disassembled, modified or repaired by persons not authorized by JOSPER.
- When the damage has been caused by using any liquid, chemical or other products that should not be poured inside or on the surface of the equipment.
No other verbal or written guarantee other than the one expressed herein shall be recognized by JOSPER.
SHOULD YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE:
- The serial number and model of the product.
- Josper’s proof of purchase.
- Specific and clear details of the problem.
NOTE: If the problem to be repaired is caused by incorrect use or installation, a charge SHALL be made, even if the product is within the warranty period.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Under no circumstances should parts which are not authorized by JOSPER be used.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
The warranty shall not apply and JOSPER is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable and necessary required maintenance, natural disasters, animals and tampering with the appliance, accidents, hostile environments, fire caused, improper installation or operation, or installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual or local regulations. In particular, JOSPER is not responsible for compliance by the client with the specific local and national technical regulations in force at all times for kitchen installations and especially for extraction systems, being the client’s responsibility to ensure correct compliance with local regulations in each specific case.
